The card quality is quite good and the print quality is awesome , it's exactly what you see is what
you get (WYSWYG) and not at all like some sites which show something and send something. Even the color
is exactly the same. It gives such an elegant look. Now i came to know what's the difference between
those selling 1000 cards in Rs 300 and you. It's absolutely value for money. I'm feeling extremely

We are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition, and always on time.
Please note our shipping policy is as follows:
• We deliver to many locations in India and overseas. Before you purchase, please ensure that we do ship to your area. For overseas shipments, write to us on support@printbindaas.com.
• We make our best efforts to ship each item in your order within 72 -96 working hours of the order if the quantity is up to 400pcs. However in some cases, we may take longer, up to 7 working days, to ship the order.
• If the order is for 1000 prints and multiples of 1000 then the order will be dispatched to the shipping address within 7-10 working days.
• We ship on all week days (Monday to Saturday), excluding Sundays & public holidays
• Typically all Mumbai deliveries are completed within 1-2 working days post shipment and outside Mumbai deliveries are completed within 2-4 working days post shipment, excluding the date of shipping.
• For your order to reach you in the fastest time and in good condition, we only ship through reputed courier companies.
• While we shall endeavor to ship all items in your order together, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics or lack of availability.
• If you believe, that the product is not in good condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, please refuse to take delivery of the package, and call our Customer Care or mail us at support@printbindaas.com
• You may track the shipping status of your order in the following ways:
Once the order is dispatched from our store we update the Airway bill (AWB) number in your "My Account" page. You can logon to the logistic partner site and track your order.
Replacement: Print Bindaas will accept replacement of the goods purchased, subject to the terms and conditions mentioned below.
• Customer will have to inform Printbindaas.com of the incorrect information on the card or a mistake in his/her design within 3 days of receipt of the goods at his/her destination.
• Order once processed and printed will be replaced only if there is a printing mistake on the company’s part.
• The product has to be in its original unused condition to be returned.
• Goods damaged, used or manhandled will not be accepted for replacement or refunded.
Refunds: The refunds will take a minimum of 15 days to be fulfilled once the customer has requested for the same or the order is refunded in case of non-fulfillment of order due to production issues.
The refund will be in the form of a check or reversal in case of payment made through credit cards or debit cards while placing an order online.
The refund policy is as follows
• If a customer expresses a desire to cancel the order after it’s placed on the website.
• The refund will be given for the full amount except the amount paid towards shipping and taxes applicable if any.
• If there are genuine quality issues regarding the product.
No refunds will be given in the following cases:
1. Incorrect or outdated delivery address.
2. After 3 failed delivery attempts by Air Freight Limited courier.
3. Products returned in a used or damaged condition.
4. In case of minor design and color variations. While printing of products there will always be some variation in color between products you see online and products you get in hand.
5. If the mistake is due to information provided by the customer; then the refund is not applicable in that case.
*Note… All refunds processed only when customer informs as soon as he receives it and within 7 working days.
